Good News for Ice Cream Lovers

If you're like me you've got a huge sweet tooth but you hate the idea of getting diabetes. "Ain't nobody got time for that!"

Well I've got a treat for you.

First peel then cut two bananas into chunks. Nothing scientific, just chunks.

Throw away the peels.

Put the chunks in something plastic and let them sit in the freezer for 24 hours.

When you are ready for dessert, throw your bananas into a food processor.


A blender would also probably work. Add about a 1/4 cup of almond, soy or regular milk. Add a little vanilla extract for vanilla "ice cream".





For chocolate "ice cream" add some unsweetened cocoa. For pistachio add some almond extract and pistachios. Hell, throw some green food coloring in there if it makes you happy.

I will buy you a gallon of ice cream if you don't find this treat delicious and satisfying.
